The Sav hot water springs located at Sav village near Dasgaon in Mahad Taluka of Raigad District in Maharashtra State, India. This hot water spring two miles west of Mahad and east of Dasgaon has three hot-water springs near each other on the bank of the Savitri river.
The springs are about fifteen feet above sea level and have three cisterns of cut-stone. There, at low water tide, you can take a small boat across the river for 1.50 rupees per person. A short walk along a tree-lined path leads one then to the Sav hot springs. There are seven tanks.
The main one has water as hot as 50°C. The water is not so hot in the other tanks which are also smaller in size. Like other hot springs in Maharashtra, the water smells of sulfur.
